Andrea Hardy has 26 years recruitment and human resources experience within the New Zealand and Australian markets with exposure to other APAC regions. Familiar with global ways of working and integrating best practice methodologies, Andrea has a broad skill set.
As an HR professional Andrea has experience at a strategic and operational level including strategy development, organisational design, policy development, health & safety, change management & restructures, capability development & training, and managing the entire employee relationship from hire to fire.
An experienced recruiter, Andrea has recruited across a broad range of sectors with roles from entry level to C Suite.
Andrea holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Consulting from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Recruitment & Consultant Services Association (RCSA) and is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner. In 2021 Andrea qualified as a Life Coach and is currently studying Adaptive Leadership through Women & Leadership Australia as part of the Deakin University MBA program.
In 2009 published the book “Employment Search Skills – Practical Tools for Securing Your Dream Job”, with second and third editions published in 2018 and 2022 respectively.
