This is a science-based consultancy, that is primarily focused on technical property risk assessments. This role was accountable for leading a team of 25+ employees, driving service delivery to meet our KPI’s with our clients, manage our contractual commitments. Ensuring our team were high performing, with the skills and competencies they needed to deliver. Monthly reporting on our delivery. This role was also involved in developing how the business would implement the new service offerings to the market, and championing these in the market.
