Kia ora! I am an empathetic and experimental designer who loves to create and learn new things. I am passionate about all things found in nature, getting involved and giving back. As a growing creative, I am actively looking for design opportunities to create positive social and environmental impact for a better tomorrow! I tell my tales through graphic design, videos, tangible objects and through words.

In 2017, I walked the length of New Zealand with my husband. Did I ever think that I would achieve that in my lifetime? No. But I saw a hard task and put my mind to it to conquer it, & along the way discovered that I was capable of more than I thought. I can achieve hard things. Even if they seem out of my depth, there’s always a way, and there’s always people and resources to assist you in achieving your goals. On that journey, I also discovered a deep love for nature & the planet. Which is why over the last few years, I have been working for a company that has the good of the environment in their core values.

My role as Store Support is helping franchise partners and managers, run plastic free bulk food stores in the most effective, sustainable and customer friendly way. It’s about inspiring customers to change the way they shop for the good of the planet, & making it a memorable experience for them.

A few essential things I do, to make that happen:
– Training staff to ensure they are comfortable and well equipped with knowledge
– Procuring high quality products in store that customers may not find anywhere else
– Ensuring store procedures are in place to be healthy, safe & efficient environments for both customers and staff
– Assisting to create campaigns & marketing material to get this awesome brand in the minds of customers around NZ
– Ensuring the back end of the website & POS system is running smoothly
– Creating collaborative relationships with suppliers
– Fostering trusting relationships with store owners & managers

I am the go-to person for any in-store operations, product & customer queries. In every interaction, I look to inspire the team through a positive & encouraging attitude.

I am a social person, so enjoy connecting with people & working collaboratively on projects. I also thrive with being creative; whether this is thinking of clever ways to market ideas, designing materials, or thinking of creative solutions to problems. I thrive when we can brainstorm resolution ideas together.

I take great pride in my diligence, willingness to learn, joyfulness and empathy. I look forward to working with companies and people who have a collaborative work environment where ideas and workshopping is welcomed. I would also thrive in an organisation that has the environment and people at the core of their ethos, as that is what I am most passionate about.

I love two things when it comes to Wellbeing Coaching – Science-backed evidence and Positive Psychology.

Two of which go perfectly together!

Through my degree in Psychological science I’ve learnt the power of evidence-backed research and acknowledge the complex nature of how we function as human beings.

A Wellbeing Coach comes with a lot of hype, I’ll admit, but you know what else it comes with..

  • Support for long term lifestyle changes.

  • Engagement in an active, practical approach to managing your productivity, focus and stress levels

  • Builds on your current strengths

  • Identify opportunities for positive change

  • Improved self-esteem

  • More Job Satisfaction
