My business KDM Digital is looking for a book keeper VA who can help me out with my book keeping tasks. Please note this is a flexible role paid on a monthly basis with an opportunity to expand as I build up my business.

The role key requirements are 

● Use MYOB – you must have the ability to confidently use MYOB as this is the software I use
● Help with putting together invoices at the start of each month
● Chasing up unpaid invoices – this may require emails and calls
● Putting spending/ expenses in the right code – I use MYOB for this
● Monthly financial reports to see how we are tracking with spending/ expenses
● Help with budgets and forecasting

● Help with financial strategy?

Please note I am anticipating this role may be 5 to 6 hours of work a month  or it could be more depending on the month

Rate $35 to $45 NZD per hour
