Come join our fun friendly Parnell based team. We are looking for an immediate start for an admin superstar to sprinkle some gold in our online fashion business. 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday hours 9 till 2 – could suit school hours.

This job is a mix of 10 to 13 hours in the office and the remaining can be done from home.

You will be a self-starter, self-motivated and be willing to work alone or in a team environment. You will be a systems & process driven multi tasker who can follow and take ownership of all things admin and ecommerce. You will have an extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform, a sharp eye for detail, be able to communicate concisely in verbal and written form, and be a good problem solver.

This role is fast paced with variety and loads to keep you busy in your day. Duties include answering customer emails, maintaining shopify website, product uploads & inventory updates, preparing communications, managing & updating client database, organising couriers, and calculating basic financial statements for the team and our clients.

This E Commerce role requires 2years minimum experience in a similar type role. You must be a fast learner with a can-do attitude, no task is too big or too small. You must be willing to do both admin work and tasks such as packing orders, tidying up the office and getting supplies.

Sound computer technical skills and knowledge are essential.

You must currently be residing and able to work in New Zealand
