Due to growth this is a newly created role. We are looking for someone who can bring a high level of expertise to join their Digital Experience team and drive their business to the next level. Successful as a wholesale business, they are looking forward to bringing someone in to the team who can continue to grow the consumer side of the business and put a stake in the sand for this department.

This role suits full time or part-time of 25-30 hours per week, and it is a permanent, salaried position.
Simply, your focus in this role will be on ensuring the products are prominent in the market and customers are being driven to the websites, ultimately leading to purchases. You’ll do this through a number of ways both analytical and creative, taking ownership of the consumer ecommerce side of the business. Take charge and use your initiative to look at trends and new product ranges, and coming up with a strategy to move stock or introduce a new brand.
You’ll be working quite autonomously in this position as you report to the Managing Director, but also be interacting with colleagues who are working on the wholesale side of the business.
This role is a mix of customer service, ecommerce and marketing – you’ll need to be an all-rounder and not afraid to get stuck in to any job that is needed including dispatching orders, checking stock levels and customer service. Other responsibilities include:
- Creating and sending regular EDMs
- Replying to customer emails and phone calls
- Formulating interesting promotions to drive business
- Social Media & Google campaigns
- Marketing, sales and inventory analysis
- Creating website banners, videos and other creative content
Bringing your Digital Marketing and Ecommerce skills you’ll be looking for a role with more, as you’re ready for more responsibility and autonomy. Ideally, you will have the following skills:
- Digital marketing and Ecommerce degree or experience is imperative
- Experienced with Shopify / WordPress / WooCommerce
- Graphic design skills would be an advantage
- Proven success in setting up Google and Social Media campaigns
Most importantly you’ll bring a can-do attitude and excellent work-ethic as you’ll be taking charge of this space.
