  • Strong experience in commerce or marketing. 
  • Sound analytical abilities and working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and CRM systems. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Understanding of Google Ads, SEO, HTML, CMS and CSS. 
  • Collaborative work ethic and problem-solving abilities.


You’ll work 3 days (or 24 hours) a week to drive improvements across the website and social media channels. You’ll then analyse online engagement to check how visitors interact with the website. You’ll work with others to make improvements then promote the page and drive new traffic using SEO, digital ads and social media. This role is also responsible for line managing a marketing coordinator, as well as campaign performance analysis and insights. 


  • Lead the implementation of key website improvements. 
  • Line manage a marketing coordinator responsible for EDM and content. 
  • Provide performance data and insights to managers and the Executive team. 
  • Analyse data and behaviour of acquisition and retention of supporters. 
  • Drive new traffic to the website using SEO, digital ads and social media.

You’ll bring experience in digital marketing, an analytical mindset and a natural curiosity to this role. You’ll be a great problem-solver and apply this to all aspects of the role. A collaborative work ethic and strong communication skills will be essential for reporting to internal and external teams. The role has responsibility for one direct report.

Salary Range: $80,000 ~ $85,000 base salary pro-rated to part time hours + flexi-working + WFH day
