Our SDR Role

As a Sales Development Rep, business development via phone calls will be your focus.    You will be part of a Sales team that work in pods dedicated to a certain industry: Financial services, Law, Accounting and Real Estate.  This role is specifically for the pod dedicated to Law.

You have our word, we’ll give you opportunities to expand your career. Your role won’t just be “stock standard”, you can actually make an impact, be heard and take ownership to develop your career, in this role you will

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new customers and pitching our SaaS platform
  • Book demo’s for our Account Executives
  • Explore  new ways to identify opportunities, accelerate your pipeline and convert leads
  • Understand the market and its pain points when it comes to compliance and customer onboarding
  • Engage with prospects through outreach and find a connection point to introduce our product
  • Connect and communicate with potential customers via email and phone

About you

  • You’re high energy and recognise that your activity directly impacts your results.
  • You have great resilience and can bounce back from setbacks or rejections.
  • You’re not afraid to consistently pick up the phone warm & cold calling
  • You have bucket loads of initiative, with an engaging, creative and professional approach to selling
  • Ideally you will bring a proven background in outbound B2B sales
  • We are really interested in hearing from anyone who has sold a service into financial services, law, real estate or accounting
