Manage the social media for two large, key clients at an agency that gives shares to permanent employees. Good opportunity to go permanent + work from home + more.   


This creative agency specialises in helping brands to grow, and they have a brand identity arm and an in-house production studio. With a tight-knit team of about 20, they work with some awesome top-tier clients. Permanent employees get share options, and with a fabulous culture, flexible hours, and the option to work at home for one day per week, they have incredibly low turnover.

This role is a 12-month contract role with the strong opportunity to go permanent. Here, you’ll line-manage a Social Media Executive and work on both the creative/content and media/paid side of social media. It’s a super client-facing role and you’ll be paired with two large, key accounts that each spend about $300K per year on social. So, it’s a good chance to go deep and handle everything social for two major brands. 

  • Line-manage a social media junior across creative content, paid media & social media.  
  • Client-manage two large key accounts with a spend of around $300K per year on social.  
  • Work with the creative team to develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies. 
  • Plan, implement & optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Insta & TikTok.  
  • Manage your clients social accounts & conduct reports on campaign performance and communicate the latest trends and changes to clients and internal teams.  
  • Work from home (WFH) one day per week.

For this role, you’ll bring experience using Facebook Ads Manager and managing social accounts as well as implementing social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You’ll also bring a good working knowledge across paid media and know how to bring a creative flare to life. You’ll also be familiar with community management and have some experience briefing social creative content and knowing what works. 

  • Good experience using Facebook Ads Manager.  
  • Experience managing social media accounts and implementing social campaigns across multiple channels (i.e., Facebook, Insta, TikTok etc.).  
  • Working knowledge across paid media and knowledge of social media best practice.  
  • You’ll bring experience using Data Studio for reporting.  
  • You’ll bring great communication skills (both verbal & written).
