Job Detail

I’m looking to potentially get some help cleaning up some transcripts so that I can more easily work with this content and repurpose it as appropriate elsewhere.

You’ll see in the attached document what the raw material is like. This doc represents the total scope of this job. (I have done a quick sweep to cull a lot of stuff already so that what’s left is, hopefully, mostly useful)

In the doc, I’ve also done a quick sample edit, highlighted, as an example of what I’m looking for.

What I’m NOT after

Perfection! This is not going to be the final product. Grammar, for example, is not a big priority.

What I AM after

General cleanup and formatting – basic paragraphs, sentences, removing filler words (um, ah, you know – or repeated words). 

You’d be supporting me by making this content more readable in order to make the next phase easier for me (in which I pull out relevant bits – won’t necessarily use it all).

Again, not looking for perfection, improving the tone, etc! In this case quantity > quality (ie, would rather have more edited to a lower base standard than some of it finished to a higher standard).
