Responsibilities included
• Customer service and social media management for a social media page with over 90k followers.
• Organized the annual funding network calendar and write funding applications and accountability reports.
• Responsible for providing management with critical administrative and operational tasks such as health and safety messaging, employee onboarding, audits, risk management, data security, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Designing interactive books, proposals, and digital apps, as well as writing their content.
• Managed all aspects of the website administration and blogging as well as the redesign, photography, and content creation of the business website.
• Provided strategy and structure for the development and implementation of specialized programs for people with long-term health conditions, diabetes, nutrition, and youth for Maori and Pasifika communities.
• Developed business proposals to pitch for funding and to demonstrate programs and successes in the community.
• Conducting program evaluations with the University of Auckland and Massey University, and implementing feedback and service delivery outputs.
• Implemented a CRM system to enable community access to two central hub spaces
• Design and develop marketing content using Adobe Creative Suite programs - Indesign, Photoshop, Express, Acrobat, and Illustrator.

• Managed the communications at Vaka Tautua, including through their current methods such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and company newsletter and company website.
• Designed and produced promotional material for their use in outreach efforts.
• Supported the organisation’s efforts to increase its reach by identifying new opportunities for outreach and contracts.
• Key Supporter of the Tōfā Mamao Collective, an independent grassroots collective of disabled people, their families, carers, and supporters in Aotearoa. I support disabled people in the Pacific community to give voice to the real issues they encounter every day. (Voluntary and ongoing).
