Although my three most commonly requested tasks are web design, operations improvement and collateral design, my skillset includes:

• writing (have contributed articles to many magazines, as well as being a staff proofer for two major NZ magazines and guest editor for another).
• ministerial services (scoping, delegation and oversight of responses to Official Information Act requests and written parliamentary questions).
• operations improvement (identification, mapping, improvement and implementation of 0perational business processes).
• crafting business cases.
• coaching, mentoring, training and performance management of staff.
• website design (inclusive of implementation and execution).

• design, set-up, and population of SharePoint knowledgebases.
• project management of a government agency proactive release pilot programme which resulted in a 99.7% decrease in written parliamentary questions to that unit as well as a marked decrease in Official Information Act requests. The pilot programme was subsequently rolled out across the entire agency.
• creation of dashboards for Ministers, senior leaders, and public consumption to make large amounts of information highly visual and readily comprehensible.
