I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic executive with extensive commercial experience both in New Zealand and abroad. I have spent the last 19 years in the ICT Sector, serving in senior leadership roles across several disciplines.

I am currently employed by Spark as the  Group Lead for one of the companies strategic programs.  This role allows me to leverage my unique skill set, blending chartered accountancy, sales, executive management, and transparent inclusive people leadership.

During my career, I have built authentic connections throughout NZ.  An effective communicator and inspiring leader, I have a proven track record of delivering results in a high-pressured, fast paced, target-based environments. I am a strategic thinker who brings strong commercial acumen and great networking skills.

I am highly focused on empowering people to see their own value and to provide the tools to help them stretch and grow.  Fostering an inclusive culture and building collaborative teams is a passion of mine.
