Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Submissions: Review and analyse GenderTick submissions from member organisations to assess compliance with accreditation criteria.
  • Summarise Findings: Interpret data and qualitative feedback from submissions to identify key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Report Writing: Produce clear, concise, and professional reports summarising findings for each member organisation, tailored to their specific submission.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all reports meet a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in alignment with Gender at Work’s brand and values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the GenderTick team to clarify submission details and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional and concise writing style.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with gender equity concepts or workplace DEI initiatives is an advantage.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and help organisations create more equitable workplaces.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and structure your schedule to suit your needs.
  • A supportive team and clear guidance to ensure your success in the role.
