Profit Share is a variable element of your reward and depends on Arup’s global financial performance, base salary and Grade. Future Profit Share Value remains variable and depends on Arup’s global financial performance.

Arup offer a variety of loans and leases that help you live a more sustainable life. The loan is repaid to Arup via monthly deductions from your base salary.
AUS – Our sustainability loans are an interest free loan up to $2,000, to purchase a bicycle to ride to work, up to $5,000 to install solar panels for your home and annual Myki Card for those commuting in Melbourne. Novated leases are also offered through our preferred provider
NZ – interest free loan up to $2,000, to purchase a bicycle to ride to work.

Arup funds one annual professional subscription or association membership, and for some roles will contribute towards a second work-related subscription.

- Salary Continuance / Income Protection Insurance
Arup provides you with Income Protection Insurance, cover is a monthly income calculated as a percentage of your base salary up to the age of 65 (varies between region).
