Operations Specialist
Responsibilities Include: General office management and administration, event coordination, travel bookings and coordination, IT support, onboarding and inductions, accounts payable functions.
This role has allowed me to build fantastic relationships with a wider range of people in a more corporate environment, while also strengthening my office management and administrative skills. I have furthered my knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and have developed skills in Google Apps as well as other systems with supplying onsite IT support.
Accounts Adminstrator
This role has increased my ability to ensure that workflow is scheduled and prioritised correctly, accounting for conflicting deadlines. I have honed my ability to manage and apply data and have gained an in-depth understanding of financial administration.
Responsibilities Include: Scheduling tasks, accounts payable and receivable, communicating with customers and suppliers, payroll, daily baking and reconciliation, general administration and tasks delegated by the General Manager and Directors.
Customer Service
In this role, I was employed as a Senior Team Member (2IC) but took on the role of Acting Manager for eight months. During this experience, I learned a lot about managing a team, retail as a business, and running a store's operational requirements.

Bachelor of Arts in Sociology
