My name is Sydney Sanders. I am 26 years old, born in Nelson and moved to Auckland to study and stayed for work opportunities. I am passionate about everything health and fitness related, love nature (walks and hiking especially) and am an avid animal lover. I have a Bachelor of Chiropractic after 5 years of study and currently work as a Chiropractor in Auckland.

Since I was a young girl I have had a creative mind and enjoy learning new skills. I have recently discovered a passion for creating social media content that is both visually appealing and engaging. I do this using Canva, creating posts and reels to be posted on Instagram and Facebook. I also enjoy writing and spent a lot of time in college doing internal assessments that included essay writing. I later furthered this skill at university as well as learning how to use APA 6th referencing such as in-text citation references and creating bibliographies. I also enjoy creative writing and exploring new avenues of my mind. My desire is to continue learning, growing and improving my skillset as much as I possibly can.
