My name is Emma, I am a freelance Graphic Designer based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

With a Bachelor in Visual Communication Design and 10 years experience in retail marketing, I am now looking for some freelance work under my design business Cuppa Studio.

In my previous role before starting Cuppa Studio, I worked for an online furniture retail marketing team, for 6 years as their senior Digital Designer. My role was essentially all things design, I created & managed the daily edms in both NZ & Australia I also worked alongside web developers to create website content. No day was really the same, I was working on several different projects at the same time with numerous key responsibilities.

Now working for my self I have the time & flexibility to be using my skills & knowledge to support other businesses.

Over the years I have acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge in Digital Design & marketing. I have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, I am a great communicator & can independently manage a busy workload & deadlines. I enjoy working remotely but also love working together as a team.

Based in Tamaki Makaurau, I can help you with anything you need from brand identity to Newsletters and digital content.   Mapping workflows & supporting them with clear, consistent process documentation can help you see where you’re at, have staff get up to speed faster, while giving clarity of expectations of performance and outcomes for everyone. Most managers don’t know where to start or have the time to do the fiddly work of creating clear documents, ensuring wording is consistent, or to drill down into the process to catch areas of instability for each situation.
