The opportunity

We’re embarking on an exciting journey from start-up to scale-up and are currently on the hunt for an experienced Marketing, brand or campaign Manager, or perhaps an Agency Suit, looking for something client side, who is ready to elevate our B2B and B2C marketing strategy This role is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to get stuck in, roll up your sleeves, and make a meaningful impact.

Purpose of the role

Your main job? Delivering initiatives that make people love our brand, building a community around it.

Joining a close-knit collaborative team of three, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing, enjoying a flat organisational structure that encourages cross-collaboration with product, sales, and partnership teams.

Your smart thinking and creative ideas will be key in helping Parkable stand out and be known for cool ideas, community vibes, and amazing experiences in the parking and property world.

Examples include:

– Development and execution of brand and B2B and B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns

– Coordination industry and private in-person and online events

– Delivering content marketing initiatives

– Crafting customer, partnership, and product messaging and announcements

– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

– Analyzing campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact

– Staying up to date with of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or property management industry

– Strong multi-tasking project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver campaigns simultaneously

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, You’re comfortable advising business leaders on marketing decisions, engaging senior stakeholders and liaising with clients. You can identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

– Strategic thinker with a creative mindset

– Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

– Previous experience in event management is a plus

– Strong attention to detail and comfortable with excel, reporting and production management

Hours and Location

A great opportunity for reduced hours of 4 days/32 hours per week, with flexibility around business hours. As a collaborative team, we like to come together in the office 3-4 days per week – with some quarterly domestic and international travel to attend events, and customer meetings.
