About the role:

As Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects by defining technical architecture, contributing to business analysis activities and supporting our pre-sales efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive technical architecture strategies.

• Provide leadership and guidance in selecting appropriate technologies for our projects.

• Conduct business analysis activities to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.

• Support presales activities by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting technical proposals.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• While the role will not involve hands-on programming for the most part, there may be occasional instances where you may need to jump in to help with a blocker.

About You:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the tech industry, demonstrating expertise in architecture & cloud platforms.

• Strong background in technical architecture, including designing scalable and reliable systems.

• Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans.

• Proven experience in presales activities, showcasing your ability to present technical proposals and build client relationships.

• A deep passion for technology and a natural inclination to explore new possibilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

• Note that while we largely use .NET, Node, React Native, Flutter & Azure – we are open to different technical backgrounds.
