I found my experience with Jessica to be quite challenging. I had allocated a wix design job to her and it was apparent after round 1 that she was not familiar with wix on a level that had been discussed at time of project allocation. Jessica cancelled the job mid way through and left me in a very difficult spot that meant I missed my deadline for the client.
