In my career journey, I have consistently pursued roles that challenge and inspire me. My extensive experience and proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors, and other ERP / HCM software, coupled with my strong problem-solving skills made me flexible for any HR, Admin, Payroll, systems administrator tasks.

With over 16 years of experience in HR and Admin, I have honed my skills in a dynamic range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, and Compensation and benefits. What sets my experience apart is my hands-on exposure to SAP systems. I have experience managing large volumes of roles and candidates with attention to detail, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that every candidate is given the attention they deserve.

I firmly believe that my practical experience with Systems, coupled with my HR and Admin background gives me strong edge over others. I can bring not only technical proficiency but also a deep understanding of coaching and influencing hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions. I believe that building strong relationships with hiring managers is essential to ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and that the best candidates are selected.
