I am a Compliance and Governance Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the legal field. I offer focused compliance advice, which is supplemented by my broad experience across commercial law and contracts as well as organisational project management and client relationship management skills.

My insights into the governance landscape, compliance requirements, risk management and contract administration equip me with the competencies for more critical tasks such as

In addition to my legal experience, I am passionate about organisational governance and currently serves on two Not for Profit boards. Outside of my legal and compliance work my expertise extends to entrepreneurial undertakings, as Founder of a European legal advice bureau and as an investor and advisor in several local projects.

I have a Bachelors’ degree in Law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and am admitted to both the Victorian Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
