My coaching package includes three sessions designed to empower clients to take control of their lives in ways they might not have imagined. Feeling overwhelmed is understandable, and uncertainty about where to begin is more common than many realize when faced with significant challenges. This is where my support can be invaluable.   • Great question! If you are new to coaching you can expect to feel cared for, heard, supported, inspired, gently challenged, encouraged, enlightened, and more confident about the life choices you make.

  • I offer 55 years of life experience, specific qualifications, a unique perspective on simplifying life and plenty of work experience in roles that honed my ability to read and work with people effectively. For me personally, coaching is not about creating wealth, it is about creating and sharing value.

  • I do and I don't. If after the first session of a coaching package, you feel that you are not getting the value you expected from working with me, I refund your full package fee within 48 hours. If we work together for one session, I generally don't refund for that session.

  • Ha, ha. Yes. I collect inspiring techniques and tools like a squirrel so that when one comes along that I think would work for you, I will want to offer it. My goal is to ensure you get the most from our work together so you can make all the long term changes in your life that you truly desire.

  • Most of my coaching takes place online either via Zoom or Teams but if you are in Christchurch, I am more than happy to catch up for a coffee somewhere local and convenient to you.
