I have been leading technology teams for more than 15 years, in various organisations.
I get a real kick out of helping people progress their careers, this has been a focus for me for some time, particularly in my current role. I have developed a career growth framework, which is being used to guide development conversations and as a tool for setting goals across the organisation.
I am interested in people leadership, people experience, people and culture – I have recently started work on an Employee Experience Design certification through Excellent’s EX design school.
