Assistance Overnight aims to get your to do list done overnight.  I help keep your business running by doing all the important boring bits so you can focus your attention fully on the parts of your business that made you start your business in the first place.

I am a full-service Virtual Assistant. This means I am fully engaged in most, if not all, of the daily tasks necessary for my clients to operate their businesses efficiently and effectively. Most importantly, as a vital member of your team, I am just as invested in your business succeeding just as much as you are.

I am available outside of the normal 9-5 hours to make sure things keep ticking along while you rest.

Senior legal assistant

Providing support to two teams with a total of 25 authors within the firm practicing litigation and criminal prosecution.

Duties included:
• File management, including opening and closing files, maintain updated matter lists and ensuring all matters are kept up to date;
• Conducting legal research;
• Billing process, from the organization of the authors to the drafting, processing and sending out invoices to clients, as well as emailing and chasing debtors;
• Preparation of electronic bundles and documents for Court; and
• General administration tasks such as diary management, handling communications to the team via email and telephone, arranging travel and accommodation, contacting other services such as IT and the accounts department within the firm and ensuring that all authors have their needs met in order to effectively complete their tasks.
