A little bit about myself… Originally from Spain, New Zealand has been home since 2013. I studied Journalism and Events Management in Madrid, and after a few years of working in Spain, I decided to have a gap year in the UK. That was 8 years ago! My trip to London landed me in Christchurch a year later and I’m currently based in Auckland where I have a lovely home and family (that’s my deck in the picture!). After working in the corporate world for years, I decided that smaller companies were a better fit for me… and here I am, supporting start-ups to grow across New Zealand.

Andrea Hardy has 26 years recruitment and human resources experience within the New Zealand and Australian markets with exposure to other APAC regions. Familiar with global ways of working and integrating best practice methodologies, Andrea has a broad skill set.
