Bare Necessities Charity is a registered charity in New Zealand, which provides pregnancy and postpartum donations with sole focus on mothers’ needs. It’s entirely volunteer run and operates out of Auckland, but also distributes nationwide. Donations vary from preloved maternity and breastfeeding clothing and accessories; to sanitary items and self care items. The team at Bare Necessities work with women’s refuge centres, midwives, social workers and other professionals to ensure that resources are donated where they are needed the most.
