About the role
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Platform and Product Owner to lead the selection, development, deployment, and overall management of a new B2B Learning
Management System (LMS) platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital learning systems, system customization, product management, and
a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions that drive engagement and learning outcomes.

What you will do
● Conduct research and gather customer feedback to identify market requirements
● Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the LMS platform in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
● Make appropriate buy, build, or partner decisions to create a sustainable and supportable end-to-end solution
● Ensure that the LMS platform meets the needs of various stakeholders, including educators, learners, and administrators
● Champion a user-centric approach to system design and development, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience
● Implement data analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform and drive user adoption and satisfaction
● Lead the full product implementation from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritisation, development, testing, and release management
● Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring a balance between the time invested and anticipated product ROI
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables
● Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
● Serve as the primary point of contact for all LMS platform-related inquiries and issues
● Facilitate regular communication, training & support with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders on new product features and updates
● Ensure that the LMS platform meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulatory and industry requirements, conducting regular audits and testing to ensure platform stability, security, and performance

About you
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in LMS product management and learning system design, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology or education field
● Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
● Excellent project management skills with experience using Agile delivery approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), Ideally with a certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
● Experience in user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design
● Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, or similar)
● Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
