I am currently working as a Programme Administrator. This role includes administration, data entry, social media management, marketing and team event management. I adopted the role of managing the social media and been involved heavily in the marketing team, during my time in this business, which has been a great creative outlet.
I offer a level of maturity that enables me to make decisions when required, and I am able to apply common sense during challenging situations. I am a natural leader who takes pride in every aspect of my work. I work well under pressure. Some of my strengths include communication, diplomacy, initiative, self motivation and strong organisational skills, as well as being a quick learner. I take a lot of pride in my work and in the way that I present myself.
In my spare time I hold regular group events that range from 20 to 180 people, as a freelance breath work practitioner. This work is extremely rewarding and something I am incredibly passionate about, offering a space for community, and health benefits to grow. I love being able to stand in front of my community, to share something that has had such an impact on my life and provide the same impact to others. Anything that I can bring to the community to assist them in their own health journeys, drives and motivates me to continue this work.
