What I did:

  • Analyse financial data sets to identify high-profit margin products 
  • Develop a slide to communicate your insights
  • Complete a short quiz related to the different Accenture teams you may encounter on a project like this
  • Review the team’s sprint plan
  • Develop user stories for the two most high-priority tasks in the sprint
  • Design and create marketing content for a campaign aimed at consumers
  • Draft an email to your manager explaining your decisions regarding the content
  • Analyze usage information of the new product and identify key risks areas that need attention
  • Record a video explaining the identified areas of risk and provide recommendations for mitigation
